Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Any delivery within the states of India will take between 5-10 working days for dispatch and delivery. We work Mondays to Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes or cater to orders in locations outside India, yet.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) that you have purchased from our website, please write an email to us at teamdiakoncoir@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

Please state the order number followed by your queries, along with a screenshot of the products. Based on evaluation, we will write back to you if your purchase is eligible for any reimbursement.

After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible to receive any refund. If you have any additional questions, please write to us on the above-mentioned email address.
